At SR DESIGNERS, we take pride in delivering high-quality ethnic wear. We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Customized or altered items cannot be returned

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

• Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• For exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping cost

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Items with removed tags or altered condition
• Innerwear and accessories

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
